Landmark Homes of Tennessee, Inc. was founded in Hermitage, TN in 1990. Originally started as a new home construction company, Landmark has expanded to serve the needs of many different customers, including new commercial construction, renovation of residential and commercial properties, and development of residential and commercial subdivisions. However, as Landmark maintains in our Mission Statement, the primary focus of our business is new home construction and subdivision development.
Today, the company constructs over 70 new homes per year. While the business has grown substantially, each customer is given one on one, personal attention through every step of the project. Landmark's commitment is the same today as it was when founded in 1990, to provide the customer with a quality custom home at affordable prices.
