A Local Marketing Manager is needed to join our growing organization in the Middle Tennessee area.  In this role, you are responsible for the execution of digital and traditional marketing strategies for our communities across multiple geographic markets. This position is responsible for traffic to our web site as well as traffic to our communities.  Then you will track the results of your efforts to refine strategies and ensure maximum marketing spend efficiency.  You’ll present those results to our sales force and educate local leadership on marketing best practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand communities’ buyer demographics and marketing best practices to create and execute marketing strategies for new home communities.
  • Manage Facebook ads, community and Company webpages, Zillow ads, and other digital Media ads across the web.
  • Partnering with our outside vendors, the manager coordinates production of digital assets including photography, videos, virtual tours and more.
  • Strategically write effective digital ads to drive web traffic and trigger online leads. Create and build custom graphics, logos, creative art, and mobile applications.
  • Manage relationship with agency to improve Facebook, banner, and PPC performance.
  • Manage outside vendors to produce digital artwork, print ads, photography, virtual tours, community videos and more.
  • Track marketing initiatives through Google Analytics, social media and internal marketing reports to provide recommendations to increase marketing program effectiveness.
  • Manage the Marketing budget.
  • Maintain company webpage content.


  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
  • 4-year degree in Marketing/Communication, or related field
  • Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or equivalent analytics suite experience
  • Working knowledge of SEQ/SEM, Facebook advertising, and banner display ads
  • Thorough understanding of online technology, including proficiency with Content Management Systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write and proofread effective ads that drives online conversions
  • Able to work effectively and independently in a complex professional environment
  • Self-starter, Highly organized, Detail oriented, Problem solver
  • Creative thinker
  • Ability to take on multiple projects at the same time and move fluidly between them
