Center Is First of Its Kind in the Mt. Juliet Area
MT. JULIET, Tenn. (March 23, 2007)-Landmark Homes of Tennessee, a custom-home builder, has added a thousand square-foot design center to its headquarters building in Mt. Juliet.
The center has an on-site design consultant to help customers personalize their homes to meet individual desires. Homebuyers are able to see a variety of options, such as lighting fixtures, flooring, bathroom and kitchen accessories, etc.
"The design center is the first of its kind in this area and provides homebuyers with a visual catalog of options available to them," said Design Consultant Debra Carter-Bubel.
"Not only does the center provide an opportunity to see and touch various materials, but it also gives new homebuyers a better overall picture of how the bathroom, kitchen and other rooms would look and function on a day-to-day basis," she added.
Customizing homes to fit individual preferences has been a hallmark of Landmark Homes of Tennessee since its inception, and why the company maintains the philosophy that "It's not just a home, it's your Landmark", according to President Gary Wisniewski.
"Our company is known for quality homes, personalized customer service and attention to detail," Wisniewski said. "Having a stand-alone design center is just one more way we work with our customers to help them find the home and décor that is right for them."
The design center is open each Monday-Wednesday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. and is located at 6064 Central Pike in Mt. Juliet.
